Instructions

Healthy Energy Ball Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, scoop and roll the balls into uniform balls.
  3. Store in the refrigerator
Homemade Peanut Butter Ingredients
  1. 3 cups raw peanuts
  2. ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt
Homemade Peanut Butter Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Arrange the peanuts in a single layer on an 11 x 17 non-stick cookie sheet. Do not peel the skin.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the roasted peanuts from the oven and add to a 7 cup food processor fitted with the multi-purpose blade. Do not peel the skins.
  5. Cover the food processor bowl leaving the feeder tube open to allow the heat to escape.
  6. Turn to high for 5 minutes.
  7. Stop and scrape the inside of the bowl.
  8. Add the ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt.
  9. Turn to high for 5 more minutes.
  10. Stop and scrape the inside of the bowl.
  11. Process until the desired consistency is reached.
  12. Store leftover peanut butter in a covered container in the refrigerator. Homemade peanut butter lasts for up to 3 months.
